Refunds

• Unused prepaid retainer hours that have not been scheduled or used may be refunded on request, less any approved third-party costs already incurred.
• Fees for completed milestones or delivered work are generally not refundable. If we fail to deliver an agreed milestone, we will either finish the work at no extra charge or refund that milestone.
• Once work has started on an approved scope, fees for time already spent are not refundable.
• Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded in full.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

How to request a refund

Email hello@komodokode.dev with your invoice number, the charge date and amount, and a short explanation. You can also use our contact form.

Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge or deliverable, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. We aim to respond within two business days.
